SVNTY OFFROAD offers FREE FREIGHT for purchases over $100.00 (exclusions apply), PAID STANDARD FREIGHT for purchases under $100.00 and PAID EXPRESS FREIGHT (exclusions apply) within Australia. As well as 'CLICK and COLLECT' and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. There are shipping limitations and exclusions particularly on bulky items and international.  Please contact us by email if you require a custom shipping quote.

FREE AND PAID STANDARD FREIGHT (Standard freight) may be shipped through Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll or any other carrier at our discretion. Each shipment comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched. NOTE: shipping updates come from our dispatch partner Shippit via Titan Av. 

EXPRESS FREIGHT is shipped through Australia Post Express (Express Eparcel) or other carrier at our discretion. Each shipment comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched. Express Freight is only available to major cities (I.E Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, Perth Metro). Time frames will vary from 1-4 days depending on location. 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS: Shipping updates are sent as mobile SMS messages via our shipping platform (Shippit) or directly from the courier. Failure to provide a valid mobile SMS number with your order will result in you missing SMS mobile updates relating to the delivery of your order. If your order is not marked ATL (Authority to Leave) and you are not present at the time of delivery, and you fail to collect your order from the courier depot or arrange a re-delivery, your order will be marked RTS (Returned to Sender) and the courier will send it back to our warehouse. You will be required to pay the return freight cost to have your order re-dispatched from our warehouse. 

CLICK and COLLECT: Please select this option at the checkout if you would like to collect your order directly from our Brisbane warehouse. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for you order to be ready for collection. Same day (business days only) and weekend collections can often be facilitated. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive notification by email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Warehouse location: VFM/Titan AV Complex, 244 Earnshaw Road, Northgate QLD 4013. IMPORTANT: Do not arrive at the warehouse if you have not received a notification that your order is ready for collection, or contacted us to confirm a specific collection time.

DISPATCH: Most Items are dispatched the next business day, however, some items may take up to 3 business days or longer to be dispatched. Where dispatch delays in excess of 3 days are expected or an item is listed for PRE-ORDER, information regarding expected dispatch dates will be listed on that particular product page. To confirm a dispatch estimation on pre-orders without an ETA notation on the product page, please contact us by email.

EXCLUSIONS: Free Freight is only applicable on Welding Tables when shipped to metro areas.  Please email us if you require a shipping quote on any excluded items/locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Yes we do ship outside of Australia! Some products have been set up for international shipping in our online store, however, some items and Shipping locations are excluded.  We are currently unable to ship our 70 Series standalone rear roof shelf internationally due to the bulky nature of the item.  Please email us and include your name, address, and order details if you have any questions or if you require an International Shipping quote.
